Old-time San Francisco food and fun lives on at Mayes Oyster House with a modern twist. Mayes, the oldest seafood restaurant in San Francisco is under new ownership. Founded in 1867 by George Mayes, we are continuing a San Francisco tradition with fresh oysters during brunch and generous cocktails. If you like to party, dance music starts after 10pm.
Mayes Oyster House is Polk Street's premier dance venue.
Your favorite California foods with fresh and local ingredients. Fresh oysters are delivered daily to satisfy your seafood craving. Our selection of unique cocktails and martinis have been personally curated by San Francisco's own Johnny 'Love' Metheny. Grab a booth at Mayes, order a kobe burger, a few oysters and one of our cocktails.
Happy hour is every day from 5-7pm during the week and 3-7pm on weekends.
